He'd spent the night curled up with Nat in the clearing, keeping an eye on him, then helped the leopard shift back the next morning. After putting out the fire, he'd taken the younger man back to the apartment, staying with him until he'd fallen asleep, and then went home.

It was barely 8pm when he'd made it home, but all he'd done was take off his clothes and curl up next to Gabe. He wanted nothing more than to curl up next to his mate for the night, the time changes and being up all night wrecking havok on his body.
