18 December 2005 21:13The house was almost quiet, now that a certain couple had left the kitchen. The only noise was the tv, which was turned way down with some movie playing.
Anders was keeping Ella and Ray occupied, Scud was working on something big. Zane was off somewhere. Tam and Suzy had gone back to the dojo. Lil and Carrie were taking turns watching over Lee. Jase and Em had shown up long enough to grab food and drag Sin and Zane down to their place.
He wasn't going to ask what was going on there.
He was waiting for Gabe to get home, and was more than a little worried about how his meeting was giong to go.
And he was kinda lonely. Which was stupid as three months ago he would have begged to be left alone this long. Now he was tempted to go poke Raina with a stick just to have someone to talk to.
