The house was cleaned up, and cleaned out. The pets were gone, anything vital or important moved to a safe box far away from them. Food and medical supplies were stocked, with backups available close by, but not close enough to get caught in an explosion or crossfire. He quickly placed calls to Leela and the others, letting them know there was a crash spot.

At least one thing he learned while with Raina was coming in handy.

He looks at his phone after hanging it up and looks at the number confused, then answers.

Jason? It is Jason, right? This is Kage.. Look.. I heard about the trouble.. Sennyo is freaking out..

I know you guys probably have things in hand and all, but I wanted to let you know we have room to spare over here if anyone needs a safe place to be. Promise nothing with that much iron can get through to our place.. Underhill would spit them out like spoiled food.. So.. no bombs..

"Yeah, this is Jason. And everything is fine. No one was home at Leela's when the bombs were dropped. Everyone has been cleared out and taken care of. And thanks for the offer, but Leela and Gabe are staying, so..."

Just wanted to make sure you knew there was a safe place to bolt if you needed it. You see that blond cat around, tell him to keep Sennyo on-grounds till this blows over? He's too damn curious, and keeps wanting to make sure you're all ok..

Asshole? Every time I look in the mirror.. ::chuckles:: Unless you mean Pietro, and no, I haven't seen him around. Sennyo said he's stuck at some mansion school for mutants or something..

Yeah, and it's pissing Nate off. He managed to get away from his father long enough to visit Sennyo, but he can't now?

Let's just say, if it wasn't for the bond... Nate would be working very hard to make him forget about the asshole.

Yeah.. about that.. You know he can lessen the kid's dependence on Pietro, right? Not remove it entirely, and I'm not sure he'd really want to, seeing how it'd change Sennyo so much, but.. The primary bond.. isn't always the strongest one, if circumstanses allow for more work to be done on the secondary one..
