thewolfinsideJason walks out of the portal onto the lawn of the Pard lands, holding Leela's hand. He leads her towards the porch, telling her a few details as he goes.
"This is our home. You used to live in a huge house across the lake, but it got blown up by a psycho and you haven't rebuilt. You did redo your gardens though, you can see them from here."
He grins as Ella starts hitting the door, yelling at him. They can hear 'Puppy!' faintly, the sound drifting through the open windows.

"Okay, let me put it like this, most of our 'family' are lycans. Werewolves or wereleopards. A pard is a group, or family unit, of leopards. A few of us wolves got tossed in for fun."
He grins, bouncing Ella a bit, then setting her down to play in the grass.
"There's me and Lil, who you call your brother and sister. We're both wolves, along with Jase. Gabe, Zane and Scud are leopards. Lee is a hybrid, part wolf, and Nathaniel is a leopard, but the two of them live in England."
He pulls a flower from the little girl's mouth, grinning.
"We also have Em, she's human but a telepath. She's dating Jase. Jaydyn is human and is Lil's fiance. And then we have this little girl here. Ella is Lil's little sister, but Gabe and I are adopting her."
He turns to look at Leela and smiles. "Got all of that so far?"

Skin shimmering, turning gold, getting brighter. And the plant, straightening up, blooming, flowers budding. Growing green again, the earth around it coming to life. She looks up at him with deep blue on blue eyes. "Jason - what's happening to me?"

"Feel so fucking dizzy is what I feel .. oh my god." Gingerly she puts her hands up to her head. "Ok, that's an owie." She whimpers quietly.
