Party Time

Jason finishes moving the couch out of the way and steps back. The food is ready, the bar is cleared for the people bringing alcohol and the 'No Violence' wards are in place. He nods and then opens the door, propping it open with a large red rock that vaguely resembles two people fucking.
"Why did you do that?" Nathaniel asks, his voice low, but rough.
Jason turns to him and grins. "Do you want to spend all night answering the door?"
Nathaniel shakes his head, his long braid waving slightly. "No. I'm going to stay right here, out of the way."
Jason walks over and gives Nathaniel a quick hug. "Promise me you'll at least try to stay in human form for the night?"
Nathaniel nods, goes back to reading the book in his hands. Jason just shakes his head and goes to the kitchen to get a drink.
((Party's on. Come on in, the door is open. Same wards that are on Greg's apartment.))

Flammable rootbeer huh? I'll have to work on that.
Re: *smiles kindly*
Date: 7 May 2005 03:15 (UTC)After you've lit it and the sugar's caramelised (and put it out) the stuff tastes pretty good...mind you the flamming burps...not so good.
Re: *smiles kindly*
Date: 7 May 2005 03:16 (UTC)Are you serious? I'd love to try that. As long as it's not harmful.
Re: *smiles kindly*
Date: 7 May 2005 03:20 (UTC)*smiles and looks all aww-shucks-innocent*
So, other than science, *science!*, and photography what do you like to do? Are you from New York? I'm living there now, or, well, I was. I'm kind of in transition at the moment.

Date: 7 May 2005 03:31 (UTC)I know that charming gent in the red'n'blue spandex...and I took a guess.
{{P.S. Your movie-spidey voice = madlove from me}}
Re: *smiles kindly*
Date: 7 May 2005 03:33 (UTC)Shhh. *finger to his lips*
So how do you like New York? Pretty crazy sometimes huh?
((Sorry, I don't understand. My voice??))
Re: *smiles kindly*
Date: 7 May 2005 03:40 (UTC)Do you like it? And what else should I go see in it?
{{How you type in character -- you "sound" / read like how I'd picture movie-spidey actually would talk.}}
Re: *smiles kindly*
Date: 7 May 2005 03:43 (UTC)Have you seen Lady Liberty yet? She's one of the most beautiful girls I know. Rockefeller center is real nice in winter too.
((Hey! Thanks a lot. I try my best with all my characters))
Re: *smiles kindly*
Date: 7 May 2005 03:51 (UTC)No, I haven't gone there yet. I had a hot-dog. That was New York-ish. *nods*
If you ever make it to Greece just toss a dime at the crossroads and I'll give you the ten cent tour.

Ahh yes, New York hot dogs... interesting aren't they? I try to stay away from them, they give me gas. Pizza on the other hand.. out of this world.
I'd love to go to Greece someday.
Re: *smiles kindly*
Date: 7 May 2005 04:00 (UTC)Interesting, the red'n'blue gent suggested I try the hotdogs. *nods* I go for pizza next time.
I love Greece. It is home, you know.
Re: *smiles kindly*
Date: 7 May 2005 04:03 (UTC)You won't regret the pizza, definitely.
I had a feeling, the name sounded a bit greek, but you can't be too sure nowadays with the waves of Kaydens and Brittneys and Hunters and such.
Re: *smiles kindly*
Date: 7 May 2005 04:06 (UTC)Sweetie, you know how all different sorts of people and critters frequent these parts? Well...I fall into the non-human category. Into a more 'Greek Deity' category. Cute little winged hat and shoes ring a bell?
Re: *smiles kindly*

Date: 7 May 2005 04:13 (UTC)Guess I have to get used to his happy-go-freaky nexus thing.

Date: 7 May 2005 04:56 (UTC)I'll uh, keep my eyes open.
Re: *smiles kindly*
Date: 7 May 2005 06:51 (UTC)It's in love with Namor. But then, you don't know who Namor is, do you?
Re: *smiles kindly*
From:Re: *smiles kindly*
Date: 7 May 2005 04:15 (UTC)...and just briefly, on a more serious note. There are a few folks that frequent the nexus that you might have passing acquaintance with -- just try to remember that odds are they're not your versions.
Re: *smiles kindly*
Date: 7 May 2005 04:18 (UTC)I met someone named Venom today. I've never seen the guy.... thing.
Re: *smiles kindly*

Date: 7 May 2005 04:23 (UTC)A lady Doc Ock?
Okay, this is a little depressing. This is supposed to be a party.
Re: *smiles kindly*
Date: 7 May 2005 04:26 (UTC)Still, this place and in most of the nexus there are safety wards. No one can hurt you without your consent.
...and in case you frequent the places that don't have wards, just call out for me and I'll come a-runnin'. Here's my card. (http://www.livejournal.com/~mercurialnature)
