Jason lays on the deck, watching the sky. Listening to the voices in the house, sipping his beer. Looks up when he hears Nate come up to the house.

"Gabe's opinion is this whole plan is going from bad to worse as it goes."

Sighing, slipping out, shaking his head.

"BUt seriously? Nathaniel is pretty shook up about meeting ya."

Nate snorts, shaking his head.

"Shook up? Try 'utterly terrified'. Probably scared that you want to replace him."

He stares at Gabriel.

"If you want my help, they have to meet me."

"The rest are as ready as they're gonna get. But... Can you blame him for being paniced?'

Sighing, pacing.

"I want to do it in small groups. Slowly they are opening up, they are bonding. Keep it that way. Each forms trust, they will pass it to the others. It's what they do."

Nate rolls his eyes, fighting a smile.

"I know this, remember. Cherry and Zane first. Won't get anywhere with the others if they think I'm a threat."

"Sorry, just.. stopped thinking of you as I do them. Yer not the same.'

Nodding, going to open the door and holler in.

"Zane, Cherrybaby.. Come here."

The pair emerged, Zane leading the way. Cherry's make up had been reapplied but her eyes were still red.

Nate nods to the pair, then glances toward the woods for moment and beckons for Sennyo to come up. He turns back to them.

"So, like the new digs?"

Sennyo moves silently to stand next to Nate, his fingers absently running through Nate's hair before his hand rests lightly on his shoulder. He's quite proud of himself for not shaking even a little bit.

Staring, eyes dark, glowering, focused entirely on Nate. Bristling, fighting not to snap, not to bark, not to head butt the imposter just on principle.

"Hate your hair."

"Oh christ, Zane, just go and be a dick why doncha.'

sighing, rolling her heavily made up eyes.

"I'm Cherry, this is asshole. Nice to meet you.'

Nodding to Sennyo, smiling.

Sennyo nods to her with a shyly wry smile. "It is an honor, Lady Cherry. And I am used to it," he indicates Zane with his head. "Our other one could teach classes in Asshattery."

"We could lock them in a small room and only let them out for air once a week?'

Smiling brightly, obviously her earlier trip with Jason having brought about a change.

"We'd have to catch him first. Besides - I don't think anyone is so bad they need to be locked up with Pietro." It's obvious by the tone of his voice that he loves the man, regardless of his words. Gives Nate's hand a squeeze and kisses his hair. "I like it, too, Love."

"It's odd. But brings out your cheekbones where long as our's wears it? Totally accentuates his eyes.'

Smiling, chuckling at Sennyo.

"You don't know Zane that well."

Nate looks up at Sennyo and smiles, then winks.

"One of these days, I will find a set of chains that can hold him to the bed."

Nate smirks at him.

"I like it. That's all that fucking matters."

He takes Sennyo's hand, kissing it.

"Sennyo, love, the spiky haired one is Zane, the pretty one is Cherry."

Looking around, still trying to give off that image of bluff and bluster.

"Where's Leela?"

Fighting to keep a stiff upper lift, not looking crestfallen.

"Yep. She's dating Asher."

Nate rolls his eyes, voice calm.

"Oh, I'm sorry. Does the fact that I grew a backbone and I'm not rolling at your feet offend you?"

"no, the fact that the bastard brougth us back and now seems to be foisting us off on the nearest pack offends me.'

Snarling, lip curling to sneer at Nate.

"No, I offered to help. I don't want, nor do I need a pard."
