Nathaniel was curled up on the saof, remote in his hand, idly flipping channels. Gabe's tee on, a blanket drawn over him and Crown tucked into the curve of his neck, fast asleep.
"Please don't be afraid. I - I won't hurt you." Wry smile. "Can't even eat meat or do more than flashbulb people. I - just want to talk?" He inches closer, but makes sure he doesn't invade Nathaniel's space unless asked.
His head tilts to one side. "You know - I - I think - you might be the only person who has ever been afraid of me, except for the Grues. I promise - as long as light can't hurt you, I'm harmless. You could rip me to pieces, and I couldn't stop you."
"I also know the person who brought her back as a mouse. No, I'm talking about people you should avoid. Like the multiple versions of Satan and God that hang out there."
"Actually, she didn't mean too. She was trying to summon a demon and Raina grabbed the chance. Guess she wasn't expecting Lucy to send her back as a mouse."
Runs his fingers though her hair, grinning.
"Yeah, just stay away from Waffle God. Lil pissed him off a bit."
