Curls up in the center of their bed, Ella snuggled up against him, almost asleep. Flips through the channels, the tv muted so not to disturb the baby. The bedroom door is open and he can hear Em and Jase talking in the main part of the house. Pulls the blanket over the little girl, making a mental note to turn down the air conditioning later.

As soon as he felt that hot gush within him, the molten heat of his lover's release, his hands pried themselves from the headboard. Still curved into claws, arms wrapping about his mate, holding him tight as he whispers softly.

Winces as he slips from Gabriel's body, the cool air almost cruel after that warmth. Nuzzles at Gabriel's neck, feeling safe in his arms.

"Love you too."
